There will be a National Open House Weekend, April 10th and 11th. We hope to see you at one of the opens we will have available.
The realtor you choose to work on your behalf does make a difference. When you treat the professionals you plan to hire as a commodity or use the mentality "they are all the same”, you will likely have problems. And when it comes to Real Estate, the problems are usually very large with repercussions.
Many times I have received phone calls from past clients who have a friend or coworker in some sort of a real estate mess and ask me for help. By the time they reach me,unfortunately, it is usually too late for any assistance.
Whether buying or selling, when looking for a realtor, do the diligence, ask questions, research the realtor and the company on Google. Find out if they work in real estate full time, how many homes do they sell per year, how long have they been selling, ever have any problems or suits arise on any of their files, etc.
Everyone knows at least one realtor, do the research to find a good one, not just one with a heartbeat or the close personal friend or relative whose license is so new that the ink is barely dry.
Our clients understand the complexity and risk involved in a real estate transaction and have made an educated decision based on a proven track record of experience and accomplishments.
Once a client completes a sale or purchase with us, they always return for any and all or their real estate needs---even if it is just to ask a question.
I have plenty of war stories about bad agents and rightfully so. Our profession is not unlike any sales organization where 90% of the volume is controlled by 10% of the personnel. Therefore, there is a great propensity to hire an inexperienced or ineffective realtor.
Call us with any questions. Real Estate Solutions is what we do. Moving in excellence is how we do it.
